SF was a fantastic place before the boom. It still is. We have had thousands of new residents each year and while we have profited from the increase in revenue, we'll be fine when it declines. It's been an interesting experiment but I think it's time for SF to lick its wounds and try to regain some of the flavor that was punched out of it by the boom. As people migrate to greener pastures, it may make more room for the families and working-class residents that have been priced out. It will never be like it was 2 decades ago but we don't need to have all the tech and its revenue here. Companies leaving will not break us.
